The standard home inspection includes the overall condition of the home. This includes heating, central air conditioning, interior electrical and plumbing attic and insulation, ceilings, doors, windows, floors, basement, foundation, structural components, roof, exterior siding, property grading, and one parking court attached/detached.

Special care is taken on any components that can pose serious health or financial risks to the home buyer.
Additional amenities: Pool, pool house, garage, carport, etc. can be inspected for an additional fee.
Inspection includes air and/or surface sampling to determine the presence of elevated levels of mold spores or verify the presence of mold growth. Includes one air sample in one interior area and one outdoor control sample, with surface sampling or random or requested suspect mold growths.
Processed by a qualified lab to determine results.
Water testing services include taking a water sample following protocols with analysis of samples performed by a certified lab. General options include a basic water Potability test for Coliform and E.coli (bacteria) and other elements such as Nitrate/Nitrite, Hardness, and Acidity (PH).
*For an additional fee further testing options may include TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), volatile organic compounds (fuels), heavy metals (lead, etc.), or other elements such as when a property is located near industrial facilities, landfills, gas stations, dry cleaning establishments, mining, agricultural land, or other known or suspected local hazards.
A private on-site well system inspection involves an inspection of visible interior pumps, piping, pressure, and/or storage tanks, and an assessment of the water flow (volume/pressure).
Does not include an inspection of any buried or concealed components, determination of water supply/source adequacy, or water quality.

A Termite Inspection includes (also referred to as a Wood Destroying Inspection or Wood Destroying Organism Inspection) a visual examination of the readily accessible areas of the home for evidence of wood-destroying insect activity such as termites or carpenter ants, or the visible damage caused by infestations.
A Septic Dye Test is a non-invasive procedure used to determine the condition of the components of a home’s waste system. To conduct this test, a fluorescent dye is introduced into the septic system, which is traced to ascertain that the septic system does not have leaks and inadequacies in the system which can locate needed repairs.
Does not include inspection of buried or concealed components, soil testing, excavation of system components, or opening or pumping of the tank.

Includes Basic Package PLUS Water QualityTesting, Mold Inspection, and Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection.
